It was a learning curve on our side when purchasing our first RV but they made it so easy. We were able to take our time, ask questions, and revisit the same RVs multiple times. The process took us awhile to finally decide on one but Tim was patient and kind with us the whole time. Even Trevor, the manager, was kind and patient with us. They could see we were overwhelmed and helped bring the anxiety down. Excited for the adventures we will take now!!! Highly recommend Blue Compass RV!!

Can’t speak on service, but sales is all good until after the purchase. Bought a new RV with multiple discrepancies, and they literally threw me off the lot after purchase. Avoid this place like the plague. My salesman was great, but the GM is terrible, dictating the entire experience. Seriously, how are they gonna just straight kick someone off the lot with many prevalent issues on a new $100k+ RV? Very terribly managed and run. Blue Compass Seguin is where you want to go. Night vs day difference.
Please be aware that if buying parts from them, they do not offer refunds, returns, exchange, etc. One sign of this policy of theirs is posted on the "front" of the desk, easily missed when walking in, especially if you are quickly greeted and swooped away by a staff member. Another sign is on the counter top at the other side of the desk, where when we approached, items were stacked upon it making it unnoticeable. This policy was never verbalized to us. We had a very stressful experience with our 5th wheel and called everywhere looking for the part we needed. Blue compass had it in stock and so we drove over to purchase. Once we had recovered a bit from the stress of our personal situation, we realized that they charged us almost DOUBLE what any other places were charging from what we looked up online. Compared to the lowest prices online and elsewhere, Blue compass charged us OVER double the cost. I understand places mark up prices, but this was mind blowing to my husband and I. Realizing our silly mistake and being able to save over $400 even with overnight shipping, we went back just a few hours after purchasing to return the brand new, never touched part. Absolute refusal to refund or even give credit toward something else, etc. I understand that it is their right to do so, BUT I do not believe they are upfront about their policy despite having two signs posted that are covered and also easily missed when doing business at the other side of the desk. We will not be giving this place any more of our business, and I can't imagine how many others are being screwed over every day.
Service department is absolutely awful. Chris Coolmen does not know how to communicate and refuses to answer calls or return text messages. His customer service skills are non existent. Once you buy the RV they don’t care about you at all, just another number. They will never get my business again. my RV was not ready for pick up the first time I attempted to pick it up, 0 communication from anyone in service. They didn’t repair anything that was agreed to in the contract so I had to leave it there. This was over a week after I bought it. Parts were back ordered and I had to call several times to get updates. Parts were then there for three days and they didn’t tell me they were in until I called. The second attempt to pick up and the inside of the RV was a mess. The service clowns left trash and dirt and left it all at the door. Not to mention the WDH was set up completely wrong after purchasing that from the dealership. When I texted Chris to see what he was going to do to make this right he won’t respond. No accountability and the dealership is an absolute joke.
Just purchased a 2022 Grand Design 22MLE. Elis, our saleswoman was great and patient. Chris was great in service. We did have an issue arise and when I brought it back, they IMMEDIATELY diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes. If this indicates our future, then I’ll continue do business here and recommend others as well.
